GENERAL

What are your opening hours?

OMNi is open Monday – Sunday 6am to 1am. Our brands opening times vary across each business, including bank holidays. Please visit our leisure, restaurants and accommodation for more information.

Are you dog friendly?

We welcome support dogs in-centre. Edinburgh Street Food is a dog-friendly venue, direct access is available from the south end of OMNi.

Do you have somewhere to park bikes?

Cycle stands can be found outside the front of OMNi Edinburgh.

Do you have a cash machine? Where is your cash machine located? 

The cash machine is located in-centre next to the car park corridor, opposite the Amazon Lockers and near to the Edinburgh Street Food (mall entrance).

Do you have Amazon lockers / Parcel collection and pick up points at OMNi? 

Amazon Lockers are located in-centre, outside the entrance to Edinburgh Street Food. For information on how to use the Amazon Lockers visit our website here.

We are hosting a fundraising event. Can you donate?

Is the cinema closed? There are no films available to book. 

Vue is open 7 days a week. Films times for the following week are uploaded every Tuesday. Please check back on their website here.

PARKING

Do you have disabled parking?

Yes, disabled parking is available in Q-park on level 3. For more information on Accessibility and Facilities visit our website here.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?

We do have electric charging and these are located on the entry level of the Q-Park car park, there are eight 7kW EV Charging Points operated by Blink Charging and are available on a pay as you go basis.
