Toilets and Baby Changing

Centre toilets and baby changing facilities are provided by the brands within OMNi.

EV Charging Points

We have 20 EV charging points located on the Entry Level of Q-Park.

Bicycle Parking

Cycle stands can be found outside the front of OMNi. Please bring your own bike locks.

Free WIFI

Public WIFI is available inside OMNi within the public mall areas and is accessible via your own device's WIFI settings.

Amazon Hub

Click and Collect your Amazon shopping at OMNi. Amazon Lockers are located opposite the cash machine and on the way to Edinburgh Street Food. Simply select Locker as your delivery service and type in the postcode: EH1 3AA. View more about Amazon Lockers.

Cash Machine

The cash machine is located on the Ground Floor on the way to Edinburgh Street Food and opposite the Amazon Lockers. Cash withdrawals are free when using a debit card issued by a UK bank or building society.

Tap To Donate

We’re proud to support Children’s Hospices Across Scotland. Simply tap your debit or credit card on the machine located on the Ground Floor to donate to help raise essential funds to children with terminal conditions and their families.

Centre Accessibility

Access

Automatic doors are located opposite the OMNi Giraffe statues, at the front of the centre.  Lift access to Vue cinema can be found in-centre, directly opposite the main entrance. Lift access to below ground levels for Nuffield Health and Q-Park can be found in the car park corridor, opposite Tony Macaroni. 

Disabled Parking

Disabled parking spaces are located on Level -3 of the Q-Park car park.

Disabled Toilet Facilities

Disabled toilet facilities are provided by brands within OMNi.

Support Dogs and Dog Friendly Venues

Support dogs are welcome in the centre. Edinburgh Street Food is a dog-friendly venue with direct external access from Calton Square.
