OMNi’s aim is to create a welcoming and enjoyable destination for all our guests.
We are committed to providing a high-quality experience on every visit.
To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following guidelines during their time with us.
Pets: Four-legged friends are welcome, just keep them (and their humans) well-behaved. OMNi welcomes assistance and support dogs within the centre.
Edinburgh Street Food is a dog-friendly venue and can be accessed directly via the Calton Square entrance.
Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the centre.
Guests wishing to smoke or vape are asked to do so outside the building.
Wheels: For the safety of all guests, bicycles, scooters and skateboards must not be ridden inside OMNi.
Bicycles should be parked in the designated racks provided outside the centre, bicycle stands are conveniently located outside the front of OMNi.
Alcohol: OMNi is home to a range of licensed venues; however, alcohol purchased must be consumed within the premises it was purchased from.
Alcohol may not be carried or consumed in public areas of the centre.
Busking & Performers: Unauthorised busking or performances are not permitted within OMNi.
Requests to perform must be submitted and approved by centre management in advance.
Climbing & Perching: For safety reasons, guests must not climb or sit on balustrades, barriers, railings or any structures not intended for seating.
Filming & Photography: Filming or photography for commercial purposes, as well as leafleting, canvassing or surveys, is not permitted without prior permission from centre management.
Anti-Social Behaviour: Any behaviour likely to cause discomfort, disruption or concern to other guests will not be tolerated.
OMNi reserves the right to take appropriate action where necessary.
Groups and Access: Large groups must remain mindful of other guests and avoid blocking entrances, exits, corridors or retail units.
Where required, groups may be asked to separate to ensure free flow through the centre.
Misconduct: Spitting, throwing objects, running, rough play, skating or similar behaviour is not permitted.
Guests who fail to comply with requests from staff may be asked to leave the premises.
Dress Code: Guests are required to wear appropriate clothing at all times, including footwear.
Face coverings that obscure identity (such as helmets or balaclavas) must be removed unless worn for religious or medical reasons.
Litter: Guests are expected to dispose of litter responsibly using the bins provided.
Anyone found dropping litter may be asked to clear it or leave the premises.
Weapons: The possession of any weapon is strictly prohibited within OMNi and its car park.
Respect: OMNi is committed to providing an inclusive environment.
All guests are expected to treat others with respect, regardless of background, identity or beliefs.
Children and Vulnerable Guests: Guests are responsible for supervising children and any vulnerable individuals in their care at all times.
Our team will also remain vigilant to support guest safety.
Unauthorised Selling: The selling of goods or services without prior authorisation from OMNi is not permitted anywhere within the centre.
Drones: The use of drones is not permitted inside or around OMNi.
This is to ensure the safety, security and privacy of our guests and staff.
