What are your opening hours?

OMNi is open every day from 6am until 1am. Individual brand opening times may vary, including on bank holidays. See brands for individual opening times.

Are you dog friendly?

Absolutely! We welcome support dogs in the centre. Plus, Edinburgh Street Food is a dog-friendly venue with direct external access from the Calton Square entrance.

Do you have somewhere to park bikes?

Yes, bicycle stands are conveniently located outside the front of OMNi.

Do you have parcel collection and pick up points at OMNi?

Amazon Lockers are located on the Ground Floor, just outside the internal entrance to Edinburgh Street Food. Find out more.

Do you have a cash machine in-centre?

Yes, the cash machine is located on the Ground Floor on the way to Edinburgh Street Food and opposite the yellow Amazon Lockers.

We are hosting a fundraising event. Can you donate?

Do you have any job vacancies?

We feature the latest job vacancies on our website. You can also drop off your CV and cover letter with individual brands during your next visit.

Is the cinema closed? There are no films available to book.

Vue is open 7 days a week! Film times for the following week are uploaded every Tuesday. Visit the Vue website to view show times.

Do you have disabled parking?

Yes, disabled parking spaces are located on Level -3 of the Q-Park car park. See more on Accessibility and Facilities.

Do you have child and parent parking bays?

Yes, child and parent parking bays are located on Level -3 of the Q-Park car park.

Do you have electric vehicle charging?

We do! Electric charging points are located on the Entry Level of the Q-Park car park. There are 20x 7kW EV Charging Points operated by Blink Charging and are available on a pay as you go basis.

Do you have motorcycle parking?

Yes, 3 motorcycle bays are located on Level -3 at Q-Park.
